Thank you so much for your Dermis by Tropho purchase! We are committed to ensuring your experience with ordering from our company is positive every step of the way.

If you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase, we are sorry to hear! Contact us at Allanah@tropho.ca to discuss your concern. Your products may be eligible for store credit if they are they are:

  • Within 7 days of original purchase
  • Unopened and kept in original packaging
  • Accompanied with a receipt

Due to hygiene and safety policies, once opened these products cannot be restocked or resold. As such we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

If your product arrives damaged or tampered with, please take a photo and contact us ASAP at Allanah@tropho.ca for the next steps.
